so as i've mentioned before, school here is not quite as intense as holy cross, so i've only just received the prompt for my one and only midterm (first essay of the year). said essay is due on tuesday and i have been trying to write it for a few days. instead, i have successfully responded to inbox messages and emails, painted my nails, organized my desk, read the 7th harry potter book, taken a quiz to find out what harry potter house i would be in (ravenclaw... a disappointment obviously), filled out some postcards, memorized the new taylor swift album, worked out at the gym, watched greys anatomy and gossip girl, checked out a book from the library and the list goes on... oh, and i'm now writing this post...
so if anyone has any advice as to how i might go about gathering some motivation, i would be eager to hear it!!!
in other news, monday was my roommates birthday and we got her this beautiful cake from dunnes:
said cake tasted like lip smackers chapstick, glitter, and everything girly. i only managed one small slice...
