remember back in november when all i blogged about was how much work i had to do for finals? well, it seems that my hard work paid off!! i successfully passed all of my classes (aka i passed the 6 essays i wrote that counted for 100% of each class) and now i feel so free! i'm not going to lie, i was a little nervous... :)

to celebrate, the roomies and i went out to dinner at eddie rocket's (yes, that is the irish version of johnny rockets. it's right up there with tk maxx). i did not have high hopes but that restaurant is doing something right and mary and i were pleasantly surprised with the truly american burger/fry combo complete with heinz 57. it was amazing and was definitely not the last time we'll go there for a pickmeup ;)
in other news, i received a wonderful christmas package (let's ignore the fact that the irish mail system took more than a month to deliver said package) from my milwaukee bunny (grandma), containing a lovely christmas cookie kit! mary and i broke into the kit this evening and revisited the christmas season :) on the downside (debatable) the cookies are irresistibly delicious and half of them are gone already. and to make matters worse, the gym is even more unwelcoming than ever.
